And make pickles, dig potatoes, smoke salmon, clean barn, and make pesto....you plow one row at a time.
Don't forget the fruit liqueurs, you have to find time to make the Fruit Liqueurs! :) I have just made a batch of Blackberry Brandy - essential for medicinal purposes!
ReplyDeleteLucy -I've frozen some berries with the idea of making liqueurs later in the year when I will (hopefully) have more time. A rose wine I made last year that I was expecting to be AMAZING! turned out to be BLECH! Now I'm trying to figure out what to do with 5 bottles of not-really-drinkable wine....it's rather discouraging.
